Here we are in a fresh new year and I am so excited to be able to have the opportunity to work with you as part our 'Thrive - Don’t Just Survive' theme.
On 27th January at 7:15 pm I will be live on Zoom at www.harleystathome.com beginning an 8-week course to introduce to you some simple strategies to manage anxiety in menopause. The course was piloted last year with great feedback from our wonderful Facebook community, who told us how empowering it was to firstly understand anxiety, and then begin to manage the symptoms using evidence-based tools and strategies. Some participants even described aspects of the course as life-changing, which was amazing to hear!
If you are interested in joining me, rest assured that you don’t need to have had any previous experience in participating in a course, you will not be required to contribute and in fact you can even leave your camera turned off if you wish! The sessions will be one hour in length and are designed to keep everything very simple and easy to absorb. You will have a workbook to support you which also serves as a useful refresher once you have completed the sessions.
We all know that anxiety in menopause is an all too common experience for many women, with historically little or no support available via the usual channels. Therefore, we are passionate about bringing this resource to you with the aim of empowering you in building your menopause toolkit. There is so much available to you to access within your inner world and my goal is to enable you to see it and to start using it to your best advantage.
