Harley St at Home World Menopause Day Marathon Highlights

What an amazing day we had on Sunday 17th October 2021.

Twelve hours of total menopause selfcare and it was all streamed across our Facebook community and here into www.harleystathome.com

So many of our wonderful instructors, doctors and coaches came together to provide a taste of what your menopause self-care toolkit could include.

All of our team wanted to give as many women as possible the experience selfcare in their own home, which is exactly what they did.

Over 600 of you joined us and we wanted to chare the highlights with you:

  • We started the day with a beautiful Good Morning Stretch Pilates class from Carolyn Atkins
  • Alex Bannard treated us to some mindful meditation at Mid-day

  • Dr Naomi Potter gave us a whistle stop tour of peri menopause symptoms, how to track them and what treatments choices are available

  • Self massage was a gorgeously relaxing session taught by Bev Welch

  • Then we got down to business when Dr Charlotte Gooding said- Let’s talk about sex!

  • Her colleague Dr Zoe Schaedel led a brilliant session on Sleep in the menopause

  • And Meg Murray Jones helped everyone wind down for an amazing night’s sleep with her class in Reflexology

We had such amazing feedback from those who attended so hope you enjoy these highlights and that maybe they tempt you to come and have more of this all the time as a full member of www.harleystathome.com for just £19.00/month

Over 40 classes, workshops, and selfcare sessions every week included in your membership- less than £1/day or one cup of coffee a week- you are so worth it!
