Session 3: The Pelvic Floor - Hormone Therapy for Prostate with Adore Your Pelvic Floor and Debbie Dillon

The third information video of the series we are offering at Adore Your Pelvic Floor with advice specific to men receiving hormone treatment for prostate cancer.

Debbie Dillion is a Women’s and Men’s Pelvic Health Physio working within in the NHS and Private Practice with a special interest in Men’s Health; she is currently involved with a pilot scheme for pre-rehabilitation, pre-radiotherapy treatment for prostate cancer patients at the Somerset Foundation Trust and she holds a Diploma in Psychosexual Therapy.

Debbie has focussed this 15-minute session to explaining how to do pelvic floor exercises to best support pelvic floor muscles to reduce symptoms of frequency, incontinence and to help sexual function.
