You might have heard by now that our focus in 2022 is ‘Thrive - Don’t Just Survive’. Now, you might be thinking ‘that’s all well and good but…’ and we hear you. A new year, unfortunately, doesn’t mean everything will automatically change for the better. However, we want to support you in actively creating change to ensure that you can thrive in 2022.
But how, you might ask. Each month we have planned programmes launching, each focusing on a slightly different area of health, wellbeing and fitness. It really is a 360 approach!

Lucy Jones (ANutr) kicked off the January programmes on Wednesday 5th January with her digestive health course.

Join Lucy Jones (ANutr) are she guides you through various lifestyle management strategies to help manage your digestive symptoms.

Mindfulness isn’t a complicated concept… it’s just not that easy to do… otherwise we’d all be doing it! Join Alex Bannard to learn the fundamentals to establish your own meditation and mindfulness practice. Still not convinced? Alex has practiced meditation and mindfulness for more than a decade and found them invaluable to her menopause journey. (P.S. You don’t even need to have tried mindfulness or meditation before… you’ll learn the basics right here!)
