The Back to Basics menopause weight management and lifestyle program is led by Specialist Menopause Dietitian, Nigel Denby BSc Hons RD. The program has been tried and tested over the last 25 years and is specifically designed to support women to manage their nutrition, diet and weight throughout menopause and into the decades beyond.
