Libby re-invented herself as she journeyed through the menopause and became a specialised yoga teacher to women at different stages of womanhood: from pregnancy to post-natal to the menopause. Her experience of lacking information and community at each of those stages influenced her to become a source of support for other women.
Libby is a certified Menopause Yoga teacher and her classes consist of breathing techniques, visualisations and poses that can help relieve the common complaints of the menopause.
Being a yoga teacher perfectly complements her background in Bio Medical Engineering. With her strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, she is able to explain in easy to understand terms the benefits, the alignment and the science behind the physical aspects of yoga.
Libby believes in the holistic approach to wellbeing and incorporates those elements into her classes. Her main passion, however, is to build a community of women who feel seen and heard and who learn from each other by sharing their experiences at each stage of womanhood.
