Move Daily Fitness is an online coaching community dedicated to helping women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond build strength, improve nutrition, and create lasting health habits. We believe in a 360° approach that blends fitness, nutrition, and mindset support, because true change comes not through force, but through consistency. As our founder Tracy Steen loves to say, quoting Ovid: “Dripping water hollows out stone, not through force but through persistence.”

For over two decades, Tracy has guided thousands of women toward better health. Today, Move Daily is led by Tracy Steen, alongside certified Nutrition Coach Kim Hogarth and qualified Personal Trainer Stratton Steen. Together, our team provides the guidance, expertise, and support women need to thrive in every stage of midlife. From menopause to body fat management, from gaining lean muscle as we age, to the camaraderie of a community of likeminded women – we encompass it all within a safe and welcoming environment.

Inside the Move Daily Membership, members gain access to structured follow along workout schedules, nutrition coaching, and lifestyle strategies that cut through the noise of quick fixes. Beyond the membership, we also offer a wide range of programs and coaching options at various price points, making it possible for every woman to find the right level of support for her goals.
