Massage and Self Care. Taking time to stop, listen to your body, address any issues – tightness, posture, tension that can be helped with hands on work, and some home care – as well as letting your nervous system relax and unwind. (in person or self care sessions can be online)

Therapeutic Midlife Coaching. An opportunity to stop, discuss what’s on your mind, in your own time. With the changes that happen in midlife, we may not have or make the time to pause, and ask ourselves what do we want right now and for our future, also how can we achieve this with all the plates you currently have spinning?
