Join me every Monday at 8am to take some time out to reflect, switch off, nourish yourself while exploring various different meditation practices and journaling prompts. These sessions will allow you to have some me time, build a self-care routine that can set you up for your day and week ahead. Show yourself some love, care and kindness while equipping yourself with practical mindfulness tools and techniques that you can incorporate in your daily hectic life.
