Your Menopause – Harley Street at Home

1. About Us

Your Menopause is a digital wellbeing and community service provided by:

Woking
Surrey

This service is not clinical care and does not replace your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services. Using this service does not affect your NHS care and does not place any information into your NHS health record.

These Terms explain how you may use the Your Menopause platform whether you join through:

  • an NHS-funded pilot or commissioning arrangement, or
  • direct consumer access.

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

Your Menopause is a non-clinical wellbeing and educational community.

It provides:

  • educational menopause content
  • community discussions
  • expert-led events
  • general wellbeing information

It does not:

  • diagnose medical conditions
  • provide personalised medical advice
  • offer treatment or prescribe medication
  • monitor symptoms
  • replace your GP or clinical care
  • provide urgent or emergency support

Information shared on the platform is general, not individualised.

If you need medical advice, contact your GP, NHS 111, a pharmacist, or emergency services.

3. Who Can Use the Service

You may use the service if:

  • you access through an NHS pilot, or
  • you join directly as a consumer user, and
  • you are aged 18 or over, and
  • you agree to follow these Terms.

NHS-funded access may be time-limited and may end when the NHS pilot or commissioning arrangement ends.

Consumer access continues according to the membership or plan you choose.

4. Your Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate account information
  • keep your login details private
  • use the platform respectfully and safely
  • follow community guidelines
  • not share screenshots or private discussions externally
  • Not using the service for medical decision-making
  • Not sharing harmful health misinformation

If someone else accesses your account using your details, we cannot be responsible for misuse.

5. Community Behaviour Expectations

To maintain a safe environment, you must not:

  • bully, harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • post harmful, misleading, or unsafe information
  • give medical advice to other users
  • share personal or identifying information about others
  • advertise products or services
  • upload offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content

We may remove posts that break these rules or suspend accounts if needed to protect users.

6. Payments (Consumer Users Only)

If you choose to access paid features or memberships:

  • you must provide accurate payment information
  • payments are handled securely by our payment provider
  • Harley Street at Home does not store full card details

We may introduce new features or change pricing.
We will notify users in advance of any significant changes.

NHS-funded users will not be charged for any features included within the NHS arrangement.

7. Platform Access and Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Access may be affected by:

  • maintenance
  • updates
  • technical issues
  • improvements

We may update or change features at any time.

8. Ending Your Access

Your access may end:

  • when the NHS-funded pilot or arrangement ends
  • if you choose to close your account
  • if you breach these Terms or community guidelines
  • if the NHS partnership or consumer offering changes

We may suspend or remove accounts where needed for safety or compliance.

9. Data Protection

Your information will be processed in line with the relevant Privacy Notice:

  • NHS Privacy Notice – Your Menopause, or
  • Consumer Privacy Notice – Your Menopause,

depending on how you access the service.

These notices explain:

  • what data we collect
  • how it is used
  • who it is shared with
  • your rights under UK GDPR
  • how to contact us

Your information will never be sold.

10. Age Requirement

You must be 18 or over to use this service.

11. Our Responsibility to You

Because this is a non-clinical wellbeing service, we cannot accept liability for:

  • decisions you make about your health
  • delays or interruptions to access
  • loss of data or content you have posted
  • actions or behaviour of other users
  • reliance on general wellbeing information

Nothing in these Terms limits your UK statutory rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Significant changes will be communicated by email or via the platform
