It’s super important, and I think historically, whatever age we are, we’ve really neglected intimate self-care. Intimate health and the urogenital symptoms of the menopause possibly remain one of the most taboo topics around the menopause dialogue. I am delighted that my colleague Dr Katie Barber is with me for this course. We think about using products on our faces, we use body moisturisers, perfume, all these lovely things to make our skin feel, look good and smell nice, but yet we neglect our genitals. You know Harley Street at Home is all about self-care. We’ve created this course to really try and empower women. This is something to talk about, to be aware of, just go and get some advice.
It’s really, really key.
