Rachel Willett is a Transformational Therapist and Coach specialising in helping people get over low self-worth and live with courage, confidence and joy. Her particular interests are women in peri-menopause and menopause and men who bottle up their thoughts and feelings.
Rachel has also worked in the UK criminal justice system for over 25 years, delivering rehabilitative 1-1 and group-work interventions underpinned by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness and coaching. For the past 16 years she has specialised in relationship abuse.
All of Rachel's work is underpinned by her great passion for supporting others in fully accepting and truly valuing who they are.
She lives in North Devon, UK with her two teenage children and a very bouncy Labradoodle!
