Your Menopause by Harley St at Home, worked with Cookham Medical Centre from October - December 2023 on the Back to Basics Menopause Lifestyle and Weight Management course.

This was conducted in a most professional and organised manner with face to face attendance every Monday evening where attendees were given the opportunity to listen to information via video link. Every aspect of diet, lifestyle and nutrition was covered in a practical manner which was easy to understand and engaging.

The Back to Basics program provided our patients with evidence-based guidance on managing weight, nutrition, and overall health during menopause. Participants particularly valued the live sessions, the practical advice offered, and the opportunity to address common concerns such as tiredness, weight gain, and emotional well-being.

One of my patients was able to reverse her diabetes. It also provided a place for our mid life women to come together as a group and engage with one another creating peer support. I have had several women asking for this programme to be repeated and I would seize the opportunity to offer it again if possible.
